There, you can filter themes by category and choose the style that suits your event. You can also check the price of any specific theme by clicking the “Ask Price” button available under each theme image.
Wishlist is a feature designed especially for customers who want to save and book theme-based customized decorations. If you like any decoration theme, simply click the heart 🤍 icon on the image to add it to your wishlist. Your personalized wishlist link can be shared with friends or family members, allowing them to view and like the themes you selected and give feedback. The wishlist also helps you set reminders for your upcoming events. This feature is available on the theme page, and you must be logged in to your account to access your wishlist.
Yes, you can book or hire professional photography and videography services for your next event on TripNTreat. To find and hire a photographer or videographer, simply use the homepage search tab and filter by event category, or visit the Treat segment on the homepage where all event-related categories are listed. This helps you quickly choose the right professional for your occasion.
To view and manage your bookings, simply log in to your TripNTreat account, where you can browse all your orders and check their live status. For any manual orders, you can contact us directly on WhatsApp for updates and support.
We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI options like PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm, as well as major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and more. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking experience, we have partnered with one of India’s top payment gateways, allowing customers to book services easily and securely.
To cancel or reschedule a booking, you can contact us through email or our official WhatsApp number. Please note that all cancellations and reschedule requests are processed according to our platform’s policy.
Yes, cancellation and refund charges apply depending on the type of product or service booked. Any specific cancellation charges mentioned against a particular product or service will be considered final. If no specific charges are mentioned, orders cancelled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund. After that period, deductions are applied as per our policy. Kindly note that if the nature of the product or service requires any preliminary work from our vendors, a flat 10% cancellation charge is applicable in the first 24 hours of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
After 24 hours to 5 days before the event date: 20% deduction
Between 5 days to 1 day before the event date: 50% deduction
On the event date: Non-refundable

Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment and may take 3 to 7 working days, excluding bank holidays.
If you are a service provider such as a hotelier, event planner, decorator, or tour & travel operator, you can join TripNTreat as a partner by contacting our team through the official WhatsApp number and start a new chapter of earning.
We allow any registered user to join TripNTreat as a guide. If you want to provide accurate local information to travelers, simply log in to your account and enable the Guide option in your profile. Make sure to complete your profile setup and fill out the guide form to get started.
